With a background in human resources recruitment in business, she designed university-industry collaborative career programs for international students at higher educational institutions. In recent years, she has been passionate about providing career counseling for international students enrolled in English degree programs and developing internship opportunities. She is a Certified Career Consultant and Adjunct Researcher at the Institute for Transnational Human Resource Management, Waseda University.
After graduating from university, she worked on government-funded programs and later supported international students as a university career coordinator. She has provided English career guidance at over 15 national, public, and private universities. Now based in Canada, she supports students from around the world with their career development.
